Owner does not like to participate in national sales promotions and when he does his staff seem scared to put on too many toppings. Service is slow with little to no speaking to patrons. When asking about coupons or specials, workers pretend to not know what your talking about.

Standard subway, but I’m trying to figure out why the girl behind the counter yesterday rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to toast the bread as if I massively inconvenienced her? Is that not the function of the toaster? Still trying to piece that attitude together.

Very bad service, very bad costumer service. I went there three times on a week at 9 am in the morning to get my breakfast sandwich & the lady that served me was very rude like she didn’t want to work, never coming back to this place

This is the second time they have done this where they are exceptionally stingy with the toppings. She gave 4 jalapeños. 4. And then when we asked for a little more or if we could even pay for more she just said no its against our policy. I am repulsed. Each time I was too embarrassed to do anything else but if I was as rude as her I would have or should have just left the sandwich at that point.

I literally requested for some sub crunch topping and also said that i will pay extra for my order (Protein pocket), Still they denied it.
