Subways are very hit or miss in terms of quality. I usually avoid them. However I've been to this location a few times now and the sandwich was always great. Guy behind the counter knows what he's doing.

This is the best Subway. Sai is always so friendly, the service is fast and the food is fresh.

Although this location is a farther distance away from my house since the Simsbury restaurant closed down a few years back, it’s still a really nice location. The food is great, the service is fast, and Sai, the guy behind the counter, is just a really nice guy.
