  Love the staff here. This is is the second time over a while I rush over to get something in before closing time, 7PM on a Wednesday, posted hours on door below, just to find the place empty at 6:50-6:55pm. If you’re not going to bother being here change your hours please. No posted sign why it’s closed early either. Waste of time and gas.

  We had to return a pair of shoes to a store in Indiana. The store originally sent them to us in a plastic bag that was taped to fit the size of the shoebox. There was no easy way to open the bag and, after cutting it open, getting the shoebox back in there didn’t allow any overlap to seal the bag properly (or so we thought). I went to this FedEx location in order to buy a box that we could use with the return FedEx label that was provided by the store. The nice gentleman at FedEx told me that he could take care of shipping just by taping together the remains of the plastic bag and affixing my label - which he did with a boatload of his tape. He could have sold me a box, but instead I paid him nothing. Fantastic customer service!

  Yesterday I was informed that my package was delivered. I didn’t see any package from Home Depot so I reported the problem to Home Depot. This morning I received a call from another town where the package was delivered. Two addresses were totally different. The driver of FedEx did not read the address 0r or he does not know how to read. This morning I called the Glastonbury office to report this error. All I got was a voicemail. No live customer care. Please have a FedEx driver pick up the package where it was delivered in Glastonbury yesterday. Annoyed, Nbaker
