  Uninviting experience. Unfortunately I was followed, I did not notice at first, but after the sales rep came as close as 3-4ft to me, thats when I knew my business was not welcomed . Which is a breach of my psychological safety. Originally I was browsing for a wedding band for my soon to be spouse. This encounter made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable so we left and went another jeweler where we were graciously invited. As some who’s in finance and understands the value making your clients feel comfortable,I was truly surprised by how the rep misrepresented Tiffany & CO.

  We had an incredible experience shopping at Tiffany & Co in Westfarms Mall, and it was all thanks to Tae-im, the sales specialist. Having visited multiple Tiffany & Co locations between New York and Connecticut, we can confidently say that our interaction with Tae-im was one of the best we’ve ever had. Her ability to engage and connect, while guiding us through our choices, made our time in the store a delightful experience rather than just a transaction. I was on a mission to find a birthday gift for a friend, and Tae-im quickly demonstrated her knowledge of the store's collections. She asked insightful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered fantastic suggestions that perfectly matched my friend's style. It was clear she has a deep appreciation for the brand and a keen eye for detail. What truly stood out was Tae-im's friendly demeanor, which transformed our shopping experience into something truly special. She created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to discuss our options, and we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the process. In fact, her exceptional service inspired us to also pick out a beautiful anniversary gift for ourselves, a decision we might not have made without her! :) Tae-im truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. Her dedication to ensuring each customer feels special really sets her apart, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her role. Thanks to her exceptional assistance, I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you, Tae-im 🙏🏻

  Not a tourist spot so much better than the NYC location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
