  I had a code for my shipping label. I was in and out. The associate that helped me was very nice. If coming with a code make sure to screen shot it prior to coming to the store. The cellphone service isn’t great in the area.

  This store is close to where I live, but unfortunately I avoid it because of multiple bad experiences/inappropriate staff. Today I arrived before closing time, and the doors were locked and the employees were closing up early. I showed that I had a package labeled and ready to go but they had already shut everything down. I don’t like to post bad reviews, but this location is not a good one.

  The service at the store is always really poor but today was another perfect example. They’re supposed to open at nine a.m.. I got there at twenty of ten. There was a long line of people waiting here comes the guy walking up to open the store couldn’t be walking any slower couldn’t be any slower to unlock the door just doesn’t say anything to anybody. I just never seen service so bad.

  It's a UPS store, right? Cool, but could we get some cell service or wifi in here so we don't have to go outside to download the Amazon codes. It is 2022, right? 🤦‍♂️
