The two staff I dealt with were absolutely brilliant, made the process of sending my package of camping gear too easy.

Hi I just wanted to leave a great review or tell the fed ex team that they did a great job. Last week I was waiting for a package but it was shipped through UPS and some how it got delivered but I never received it and they didn't take a picture or anything I ordered the same exact thing this time oozing Fed Ex not only did I get a day early I got it at the time they said it would be there. Great company I will only be using fed ex from now on our not ordering at all. Thank you for all your hard work I truly appreciate it.

I just want to shout out Gayle Ann and I hope I got her name correct. I went in today to return a bigger item and had the labels on my phone. She provided quick efficient service. There is another women who works there usually with a Mask and gloves on who in the past has helped me but always has been rude or just not wanting to help (everyone has bad days) but I felt like today I was greeted and provided with a great service. It cannot get any better than that.! Also, small talk goes along way! Thank you for your help today!!
