  I visited this UPS Store several times and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. On one visit, I arrived about five minutes before closing and the door was already locked, even though staff were still inside. On another visit, I brought in an Amazon return and needed a label printed, but the fee felt high for such a simple service. During my third visit, there was a long line and customers were waiting without much acknowledgment from the staff. A quick “we’ll be right with you” would have helped. The store atmosphere also felt below expectations, including radio music with a lot of static. Overall, the experience felt bland and not very customer-focused. I visited a FedEx store the same day and the difference was noticeable: better attention from staff, a cleaner atmosphere, better lighting, and a much more polished experience. This UPS location could improve a lot with stronger customer service and a better in-store experience.

  I was in the store with my packages and they told me shipping is 450+ 65 for packaging to ship a picture to Pittsburgh, PA! I will never step foot in that store again. I called back later, spoke to the manager and the total cost is on 120.

  The best customer service experience I’ve ever had . Maureen was extremely courteous and efficient Inwill make this my number one ups store thank Again Ms. Maureen
