I can't get ahold of the location I went to. I ordered a half BLT with no t add mayo. I ate half on my way home. Got home went to eat the rest and there maybe 2 bites left the rest was lettuce and hardly any mayo. I go to subway maybe every 3 years because I always have an issue and it's not a comfortable or welcoming ever. Bland quiet boring and never fails every single time I have gone to any locations I get the same results.... 🤦🤢

Unfortunately they have turned away customers. Their hours are until 9 pm but at 8:20 the worker told us they were closed. The door was unlocked and lights were all on. It’s a shame because they could’ve gotten business and made at least another $35. So because of the lack of wanting to work the posted hours, they lost customers that most likely won’t be coming back. I took my hungry self to Burger King and gave my business there.
Been here 3 times and customer service here is horrible. But this recent time as I’m waiting for my mobile order the employee takes it and tosses it on shelf in front of me. Doesn’t even confirm if it’s mine or not but just tosses it causing a loud thud noise. She looks at me as I look confused and goes on helping other Hispanic customers. Glad I didn’t tip cause I’m not spending my money here again.

Service is good cant complain they certainly try and remember regulars. However if your older and don't have an app don't even try calling they don't pick up I will change this if that changes. I can't even get the holiday hours. Compared to other subways around Middlesex county this is a lower quality one starting with the size it's so narrow it's amazing you can fit to order
