I came to the ups store in Enfield, CT. on Hazard Avenue today, 5/13/26. The two people working this morning around 9:30 a.m. were soooooo professional and helpful. Thank you both again for helping me with this important fax. I greatly appreciate their patience and help along with kindness. PS - I also completed the online site survey as well.

The much older lady who works at UPS enfield is extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs to learn how to speak to people.
