  Hello all, I was in the area visiting my Son and stopped by this location for a battery load test. I was greeted by William and told him my situation, my battery seems great but it's past its rated warranty and I wanted to see how it handles a load. After doing a diagnostic test, everything looked great except reserve capacity was lower than advertised, that makes sense since I've been charging a Jackery Explorer 290 for the past 3 years daily. William then showed me what he had in stock and gave me a printed receipt of pricing. I am huge on customer service and William definitely delivered. I highly recommend this location and William for all your car care needs God Bless.

  If I could give the guy zero stars, I would. I was on browsing around as my husband was getting a part for his truck. The 3pk trees(air freshener) had a tag right in front of them that said buy 1 get 1 free. I took a few extra minutes to figure out the smell I wanted. Got up to the register with 2 packages and the guy(younger white kid) asked me where I saw it, so I took him over and showed him. He looked at it and tried telling me they were only for a certain type. I had him read the whole thing, and he said, "Well, it's out of date anyway." End date for the sale was in March.... MARCH!! If it's that out of date why wasn't it still up? Anyway, I asked if it was going to be honored (because it was their fault after all). He said unfortunately no. I told him that wasn't right, he's supposed to honor a sale if the expired sign was left up by them. He didn't say anything, and neither did the older gentleman standing next to the other register watching. I put the air fresheners back and said it's not right at all. That Advanced Auto has been getting my service for many many years.... Not anymore! That was not right at all! I'm still livid about it.
