Placed my order ahead online hoping they could get it started on my way. When I walked in the worker reported she didn’t have my order. I verified and showed her everything on my love screen that the order was put in and paid for. After finally printing out my order she headed over to start making it while two guys walked in. Instead of continuing to make my order she took both of their orders and fulfilled making their subs then decided to start mine after. This is completely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Camilly was her name. I was there before them there should be no reason people arriving after me order was made before mine.

Went in to get a sandwich. Ruben greeted me extremely nicely with patience and a smile. He answered questions on the history of the location and all around had amazing customer service skills which truly make a difference in someone’s day. Subway is blessed to have such a hard working sweet individual. Thank you Ruben! I hope I’m spelling it right :)
