  Very disappointed at the manager/boss at how he treats costumers , never coming here again . Felt racially profiled and noticed how someone like me got treated the same for questions we both had . If you can’t deal w people get a job that you don’t have to deal w people .

  I came in to ship a box and only needed a small piece of tape to close it. There was tape available on the table, but I was told I couldn’t use it and would need to purchase an entire roll just to ship my package. Because of that, I ended up leaving without shipping it. This felt unreasonable and not customer-friendly, especially since I only needed a small amount of tape. Situations like this make the experience frustrating and inconvenient. A little flexibility for something so minor would go a long way toward better customer service.

  Worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. There were three staff members at the desk who were standing around gossiping and rude when discussing shipping inquires.

  Marcos de Jesus I love when he works I wish he worked every day cuz he is an angel from heaven cuz he puts the customer always first he goes beyond and too infinite for the customer he fixes your problems when u have problems with getting your packages he will always be my favorite in this location
