    Closed before 9. We got there at 845 and already counted drawer down even tho they close at 9 they said they would not be able to help us.

    The bread to me seemed undercooked. Ordered 4 cookies with the order and did not get any. Tried calling the store 3 times and no one picked up. I was told that there was no way she would be able to hear the phone over the radio, by the friend who picked up the order. I tried Subways' main site.. all they do now is send you to a horrible AI chat bot.. Half the time Subways' main page isn't even working. Right now if I try, it says there is a connection error.. There is no customer service phone number to call anymore... Overall it seems subway has sunk into the depths of customer service hell.

    This is the worst place possible!! Do not go or order anything!! You hey do not even answer their phone.. mailbox is full!! I’ll be going above brooklyn sub ate head!! I’m pissed!!

    Came in this evening and the young lady working today was extremely busy. With online orders and people waiting she was very professional and kept apologizing for the wait. Not once did she look frustrated or aggravated because of work. She definitely deserves a raise.

    Order placed Jan 26 at 12:42 pm. App showed store open, but it was closed (likely due to snow). No answer on calls; voicemail full. Never got my order it a refund. Contacted customer service with no reply. Very poor service and communication. Extremely disappointing!
