  Only reason it’s 1 star is because I can’t leave a 0 star review. First off, the guy working the counter was not nice in the slightest, everything seemed like a burden and he couldn’t be bothered to help out with the slightest thing, eye roll here, sigh there. September 15th, 2026 around 8 pm. Second of all it was filthy, flies everywhere, no dedicated trash can, just a small one behind the front counter and the employees couldn’t be bothered to do anything that is even remotely close to their jobs.

  I usually love Wingstop and I’ve never really had an issue with their food, which is why this was so disappointing. I opened my chicken and there was literally a STAPLE sitting inside the container with my food. Thankfully I noticed it before eating, but this is a serious safety concern. A staple could easily end up in someone’s mouth or be swallowed and cause an injury. I understand mistakes happen, but something like this really shouldn’t. I love the food here, but seeing this immediately when I opened my order completely ruined my appetite. Please be more careful with how orders are packaged and checked before they’re handed to customers.
