  Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I stopped here for the first time to get some chicken wings and fries, and it is definitely my last time. When I went to pay, I tried to use a $100 bill that had a small tear in it. The cashier refused to accept it because of the tear. the way this was handled left a terrible impression. For such a simple purchase, the experience was unnecessarily frustrating and completely ruined any desire I had to ever come back. There are plenty of other places where I can spend my money and be treated better. First visit, last visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  We visited Wingstop on Newtown Road in Danbury for the first time, and it made a great impression. The restaurant was extremely clean—everything from the floors to the walls, ceiling, bathroom, and even the kitchen looked very well maintained. The staff was polite and professional, and it was nice to see everyone in matching uniform shirts, which added to the overall organized feel. We ordered a combo meal with seasoned fries (the fries are absolutely delicious!). We had the Parmesan rub and Louisiana rub wings - both flavorful and nicely crispy. A really solid first experience!
