I recently visited this FedEx Ship Center in Danbury to ship a box of shoes within the US, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sometimes dropping off packages can be a hassle, but this location made the entire process incredibly smooth and simple.
The customer service was outstanding. The staff member who helped me was kind enough to securely tape up my box so it was completely ready for transit. They quickly scanned my return label, processed everything in just a moment, and handed me a confirmation slip for my tracking peace of mind.
The facility was clean, and I was in and out in no time without any long lines or delays. Having a reliable, helpful, and efficient shipping center right here in town is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this location if you want a hassle-free experience, and I will definitely be returning for any future shipping needs!
They don’t even try to deliver your packages , they don’t even attempt, I stayed at home all day waiting for a shipment and it said they tried and on my ring camera they never even came! This is horrible.

The driver has not shipped my packages for 2 days because he was out of room in his truck. No other truck was sent. It's still there.

Very professional and efficient service
Avoid this location. I came in for help with an international shipment and was charged an outrageous $165 for the "cheapest, slowest" option. (Quoted at 2–4 weeks) The package arrived the next day.
When I returned to address this blatant discrepancy, the manager, Brian Silber, was incredibly condescending and unprofessional. He refused to take any responsibility for the misinformation provided by his staff. This is the worst level of customer service I’ve experienced. Save your time and money—go elsewhere.
