  My grandson and I had an issue activating a phone that I bought online from Cricket. I spent almost a week trying to get online & customer service help from Cricket Wireless with no luck. Finally, in desperation we went to the Danbury Cricket store. Ishan went out of his way to get the phone working. He was kind and charming and knowledgeable. I am very grateful and will always use that store vs online in the future! Thank you Ishan!
