  Very helpful staff. They supplied a box, and took care of my sentimental items shipping home from my brother's funeral after he had passed away.

  I’m a long time client, business & personal ; the employees & services never disappoint ! I cannot say this about many businesses. As a business owner & avid Amazon user, they make my life easier at UPS in Cromwell . Helpful & kind, the line goes quickly always ! 10 stars ! Also no mistakes 👍👍👍 parking easy they will assist w pkgs if needed ! Kudos UPS 🩷

  Most of the staff here are very helpful and very nice each time I visit. Unfortunately my last experience with the short and older, weathered looking man with glasses (I believe his name was Brian) was not great. He was so rude and gave me a huge attitude because I said “oh Amazon returns aren’t free here?” … I feel like that is a pretty basic question. After dealing with his attitude I said “ok I’m just gonna go somewhere else where it’s free to return” and as I’m walking out the door and he says to the next customer “WOW. SOME PEOPLE.” Sir, why are you talking about me to another customer and also before I have even left the store? What is wrong with this grown man? He is so rude and so unprofessional, if I see him at the counter in the future I’ll be walking out and returning to work with anyone else but him.
