  Amani to the rescue! Staples was busy, so I decided to call the local FedEx which is only a couple of miles from my house. I thought they only did shipping, but gambled and called. I need two copies of my resume rather quickly for an interview. Amani told me to come on in and she would have the printer ready. She guided me through the process. She reviewed the print job before I did and wasn’t satisfied, so she reprinted and the quality was spectacular. Additionally, FedEx doesn’t charge the extra fees that Staples does when you go to the counter for a print. Staples is such a racket. Now knowing that I have FedEx close to home and have treasures like Amani working there, all of my printing will be done with FedEx!

  HAD to return something went here, nervous about exposures but one woman in store, very pleasant. Explained what I needed, in and out in 5 min ....only problem 3 days later package is on my doorstep AGAIN, UGH! GUESS I should have specified RETURN TO STORE...
