  I’m sorry but the first time I went to this location I had such a horrible experience that my heart starts racing like I’m going to have a panic attack when I think I might have to go there again. I remember the girl working there was the same girl that has lots of positive reviews on here, so I think they must be her friends or alternate accounts she made, because she was so mean to me I almost cried. I was standing in line for almost a half hour behind one old woman who was saying she didn’t have money and was trying to get them to ship it for free. Periodically, she’d turn fully around and stare at me like she wanted me to pay for it. I just stood there silently. I didn’t even bring money in with me. After the first couple minutes of standing there, someone walking way behind me in the Walmart said something loudly to their friend and I guess the employee thought I was yelling at her and loudly yelled back at me “I’ll be with you in a minute!” At this point I figured the door was closed for me to speak. I just had something already packaged I only needed to drop off, but was too embarrassed to say anything. Usually employees see the package in your hand and ask if you’re just dropping off, so you don’t need to stand there, but I think she saw it and was so mad about the yell that was so obviously a different person that she didn’t look at me or address me out of spite and made me stand there for a half hour while I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work.

  Amani to the rescue! Staples was busy, so I decided to call the local FedEx which is only a couple of miles from my house. I thought they only did shipping, but gambled and called. I need two copies of my resume rather quickly for an interview. Amani told me to come on in and she would have the printer ready. She guided me through the process. She reviewed the print job before I did and wasn’t satisfied, so she reprinted and the quality was spectacular. Additionally, FedEx doesn’t charge the extra fees that Staples does when you go to the counter for a print. Staples is such a racket. Now knowing that I have FedEx close to home and have treasures like Amani working there, all of my printing will be done with FedEx!
