  Can Google please have an option for more than 5 Stars! What can I say other than Thank You! But Thank You isn't enough. Everett deserves so much recognition here and I sincerely hope Advanced Auto does something to recognize this amazing man. The Friday of 4th of July weekend my cars battery decides it's done for. Not really knowing what to do I figure I can just keep jump starting it through the weekend to get to the dealer on Monday when they open again. I was wrong, Saturday, 4th of July morning it doesn't want to "jump". It did finally start but now it tripped every error light it can throw - OMG what else. I started calling around and Everett so kindly answered and said no problem, they do the battery swaps, and come down anytime. This is literally on the 4th of July and they are open and so kindly ready to help. Got down to the store a couple hours later. Everett helped me pick out the right battery, put it on his cart with tools and went right out to my car. Within probably 10 minutes, battery replaced, car started without issue and ALL the warning lights were cleared. Thank You Everett, Thank You Advanved, Thank You for being there on a major holiday, Thank You for being so willing to help, Thank You for being so kind and Thank You for making what I thought was a crazy stressful issue so easy!

  Whenever I need something for my car my first thought is always Advanced Auto. Not only do they make sure I’m purchasing the right part but if I need assistance installing the part they are more than happy to help. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
