  Stopped using UPS in Clinton, going to Fed Ex from now on. Rude, miserable old man - must be the owner as No one would want someone like him representing there company . Young man and young lady very nice but can’t stand that miserable old guy in his Hawaiian shirts…. Bye Felicia!

  Beaded on others experiences at this store I am not alone in my experience with a particular older male employee. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently he does not want to process returns to Amazon or Happy Returns. His exact words to me when I said Hello, I have returns were “of course you do” in a very condescending voice. He then grabbed the first one out of my hand aggressively and threw it on the scale. I was shocked. I have shipped and returned other items at this store and have not had an issue with other employees until this man. I will not be back because he was that bad. I’ll now drive further and use Staple for my returns and shipping needs. Treating customers in that manner is completely unacceptable. Make a change.

  The Clinton UPS Store is outstanding and its employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Hailey and Joann couldn't have been any better both with their welcoming manner and their willingness to do everything possible to get what I needed accomplished. I highly recommend you utilize this outstanding establishment and make your shipping and life easier!

  I drive 30 minutes weekly to this location. Wouldn't go anywhere else !
