I like this store but if your hours say you are open until 7, please be open until 7. I was in this store at 530 today and left with the intent of buying 3 bags on my way back to my car. When I came back a few minutes after 6, they already closed. Please change your hours online to accurately reflect the hours you are open.

Very rude customer service the girl on the register was extremely rude and when the manager came he was worse than her. We were looking for different colour and they said hurry up because we have so many people in line and there was literally one person behind us.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Michael Kors location! The staff is truly exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other handbag outlet. And the prices? You seriously can’t beat them! The deals here are incredible for the quality you’re getting—it makes the experience even better. A huge shoutout to Connie—she was absolutely incredible. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend! She was kind, patient, and made the whole visit so enjoyable. Connie is a true gem and brings such uplifting energy to the store. This is exactly the kind of service you want when treating yourself to something special. Thank you so much for all your help, Connie! – Eliana & Edgar
