    Went to do returns. There was one package that required me to print a slip apparently. In my local location they would've done so as customer service is great there but here, I was told they are all independently owned and they charge $7 to print it. I already drove here 2 times. I was told to drive to staples and come back. I wont be returning.

    Its crazy how greedy some of these locations are. Six dollars to print and virtually no complimentary second day air options. I suppose Ill be looking elsewhere.

    This was hands down the most unprofessional and combative customer service experience I have ever encountered. I visited this location to ship high value luxury designer items (valued at $3,000+) and was met with inexplicable hostility from an employee named Valerie. I paid a total of $108.93, which included a $20.95 packaging fee. Despite paying for this service, Valerie flatly refused to package or seal the box while I was present. She insisted that she would only tape and seal the package after I left the store. When I asked to simply package the item myself to ensure its security, she refused to let me touch the tape, citing "liability and stating I would cut my fingers and start to bleed and further refused to even sell me a roll of tape or an empty box so I could handle the packaging process myself instead. Leaving a $3,000 unsealed package in the hands of someone so openly rude and dismissive was not an option for me so I requested and received a full refund and took my business elsewhere. The most shocking part: I went to a different UPS location immediately after. Not only was the staff there significantly kinder and ten times more professional, but the total cost to ship the exact same 5.5lb box was only $66.19 not $108.93. Valerie’s behavior was combative and she seemingly attempted to overcharge me by over $40. This location is a poor representation of the UPS brand. Save your time, your money, and your sanity go elsewhere. Why did she want my Louis Vuitton items to stay in the UPS store unboxed after I paid over $100 for shipping? Were these 2 items going to magically disappear in transit? This will be escalated to corporate as well because the customer service I experienced is quite alarming.
