  I understand the store was closing, and that’s exactly why I asked, “Will you take the order?” before placing it. Once I was told yes, I expected the sandwich to be prepared as requested. If the staff was unable to make the order properly due to closing time, I would have appreciated being told, “Sorry, we’re closed,” and I would have completely understood. However, accepting the order and then not preparing the sandwich correctly was disappointing. Additionally, even though I had a coupon for the order, I ended up paying full price. Overall, the experience was frustrating and could have been handled better.

  Pleasant and service. Clean restaurant. Nice tables to eat in. Outside seating available.

  This is my local subway of over two decades. They used to be in a different building, but upgraded when this new complex was built. What hasn't changed is the consistently excellent food. This is hands down the best subway I've been to, the food is extremely fresh and the staff are friendly.

  I love subway the food is great, but the two women who work at this subway are rude. Does it hurt to smile or to just be nice? It makes it very uncomfortable to go there, which sucks because I work right by this location...
