  To the office staff of Allstate - Ricky Garcia, the staff there helped me tremendously and treated me with such respect and kindness. I call this office to inquire about another Allstate office the was closer to my location, and with a being brushed off the salesman Demerson was more than happy to help me out even though I didn't need there office I had my mind set on another. He answered my questions with information of the other office. I thanked him for helping me and he says he does this anyone and everyone who calls there office and needs assistance. I appreciated his tone and kindness. And he said call back anytime for help. I never ended calling or going to the other local Allstate, I called Demerson back at Ricky Garcia Allstate office instead! I have to honestly say the way he treated me over the phone initially was the reason I decided to call him back. I then called him back he helped me with my issue and gave me good information to complete my task I was inquiring about. I would also like to mention another one of his coworker that answered the phone and was ready to help me as well..Karline! Demerson and Karline it's a great feeling know that people on the other end of a phone whom you never meet you both made me feel important! If ever in the future I have the need for a policy for anything, rest assured you'll be hearing from me and my family. Definitely will be passing your information out.   Demerson is great but the other people that work in this office are rude and when you ask questions get extremely aggravated with you. I tried to pay my husbands car insurance and instead of taking the payment I was told it’s due today that’s what the system says it will come out of the account when it does
