  Store is very miss understood by its customers their crew is professional and gets the job done quick and when some customers give them attitude they handle it in a respectful manner I've never had any problem shipping my package or returning a package

  This is, without question, the worst UPS Store experience I've ever had. Employees openly blast music containing profanity from speakers throughout the store, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for customers. Even more concerning was the attitude of the staff. Basic customer service seems nonexistent, with employees saying, "That's not my job," and openly complaining about how much they dislike working there and would rather be somewhere else. What makes this especially disappointing is that this behavior appears to be tolerated. When employees can openly display that level of disrespect toward customers and their workplace without consequence, it reflects a serious failure in management. I've visited many UPS locations throughout the tri-state area, and none have come close to providing such a consistently rude, hostile, and unprofessional experience.

  This location needs some restructuring and new staff that are professional, able and welling to greet customers as they enter the door and not have snark remarks about people or the job they are getting paid to do especially when the line is out the door. They were unprofessional and made a mockery of what they were doing, I mean one of them even said opening "What is my job here" while laughing and that same staff member made a nasty comment to a customer when asking him to pick up a pipe to give him info while handing it to him all this while making a joke out of the process. We have customers feeling uncomfortable but stuck around cause they felt like they had no other choice. Another customer disliked the music being played in the store, it was a circus in there. I don't think I can bring myself to go back there, I'll rather take the drive to the Southington location.

  Never opened when they are supposed to be. And on sunday they are supposed to be open 9 to 330. Just drove up at 1pm and they are completely closed. Dont waste your time this location is awful.

  This place is usually pretty good when they're open.Unfortunately , I drove Thirty minutes to get here on a sunday, And they're closed!!!! The website says they're open till 330 and the sign on the door says they're open till 330 right now.It is twelve forty four!
