    Rude bunch a women who don't want to do the job. There was no reason for them to be so rude. The ups driver and young man were helpful.

    Line of customers out the. Staff couldn't move any slower or care any less. Chit chatting, taking time between each customer...literally throwing bags and boxes...

    Dropped a return to supplier DOA expensive electronic package off here on Saturday, May 2nd 2026. Checking tracking on it Monday night and saw it was still at the store. Called Tuesday morning and was told that they were super busy and Monday pickups didn't happen (which I found odd) and it would ship out Tuesday evening. Checked tracking info Wednesday morning, still shows package at store. Went down to the store first thing Wednesay morning and was told everything was picked up Tuesday night. Mind you, the store is supposed to open at 8:30am and a staff member got there at 8:35am and lazily walked to the door and unlocked it; not a good look. Regardless, tracking information did not show that it was scanned and still says at the store. Basically was told to put a claim in but my gut tells me the package is still somewhere at the store or was stolen at the store. Store was little to no help and I felt like I was just continually brushed off. Was also told "Oh Saturday is the worst day to drop a package off because of the volume of packages coming in." You're a UPS store, thats your job! This store needs new management willing to help and new employees who actually care about the establishment. I've gone in here to drop packages off and the manager is playing loud music on her phone, which is right beside her, while I'm try to talk to her and I have to repeat myself continuously!

    Dropped off a package on Saturday. Package has not been picked up by UPS from the UPS store as of today (Thursday). Store blames UPS and UPS blames store. I’m not looking for excuses, I just want my package delivered to the recipient in a timely manner.
