  My previous insurance agent was here, she was amazing and moved on… now customer service is brutal. Reached out to get a quote on a new policy and adjust an existing one… no reply. Wish I could just self service my own policy so I’m not just waiting around for someone to help out. I contacted David (the name on my policy). 🤷‍♂️

  I have had a positive experience with Allstate. All of my questions are answered in a timely manner and I love that I am not continuously called & harassed about buying other policies. A check-in once in a while is fine and that's exactly what is done. No pressure. I like that.

  Agent is rude and doesn't want to do the job I hired him for. Agent doesn't want to fight on behalf of customer with insurance company because agent doesn't want to do his job. Will not even contact insurance company for guidance on how trees should be trimmed back. So potential customers use any other agent other than this guy.
