  I've always had a positive experience with Advance Auto Parts, ShopRite plaza. Over the past, approximately 5+ years..bought wipers, they installed with a smile. Same with purchasing a battery a few years back and a few other small items. Then tonight, not so much, I stopped in between 5:30-6pm, my battery died during the day...I asked if someone was available to test my battery...after a few words between a young male employee & a probably new employee, he sends the new employee... that was fine. I need a new battery. Back inside I asked "can someone install for me".... that young employee did not want to assist me, one excuse after another. I left and went down the road to AutoZone....new battery purchased and installed with a smile. AutoZone just got a new customer for future purchases. TY AutoZone for getting me back on the road.

  A believe he was the manager working at the time but Myke helped me out a ton. Was honest and thorough with helping me with my issue. I have had similar service here with another employee but can’t remember his name

  The employee has no manners I called about a part and the female employee trying to help and suddenly she cuts the phone off which ie not good customer service I called again and she hang the phone up again that employee should be removed from answering the phone because the store will continue to loose business

  Very pleased with the help I received in this store from Bill. Amazing customer service which is, unfortunately, rare nowadays! Keep up the great work!
