    I’ve been a customer for a while and never had a horrible experience like the one from last night. Placed an order just before 10pm. Driver picks up the order and proceed to deliver the food. Driver delivers the wrong food. I called the driver and DoorDash. Since I order the food thru the Wingstop app, DoorDash told me I had to call the store. Called the store, manager answer the phone and said will call you back I have to verify with door dash. It’s not close to 11pm. She calls back and says DoorDash will issue you a credit. I said what about my order, she said nothing she could do. I then decided to head out to grab food since I have people over. This was a nice size order, as I’m heading out the store manager calls me back and says don’t worry DoorDash is sending a driver and we will remake your order. So I decided to stay and not go out to grab food for the group. 45min later I called to check on the order and she said the driver stole the food and she wasn’t going to remake the order. How is that the clients fault? I didn’t get my food nor my money back. Not to mention the people that came over went home hungry because Wingstop and DoorDash couldn’t figure out how to make a simple delivery.

    They don’t acknowledge you they sit and talk before even trying to help any customers or delivery people please better service would be appreciated here I waited 10 mins for a order that was already done while they sat and talked untill I interrupted to ask for my food very inconsiderate

    Food is good, parking lot sucks, small and full of potholes it's in Bridgeport so you already know 🤣 but pickup time is quick, didn't think your walking in on the weekend without waiting of you didn't order ahead I go here once a month or so

    Whenever I ask them to make my wings fried well its like they purposely dont fry them that way. It's very frustrating. I take my food home and my wings aren't even brown! They are super light! Next time I'll start checking before I walk out...
