  Manager was very disrespectful tried to call the cops because she got my flavor of chicken wrong and i confronted them. They only remade my fries which I didn’t want them to do, what I wanted was a new chicken flavor because they messed up the first time

  Terrible service! I placed my order and they took forever. People were literally arriving after me, ordering their food, and getting it. I had to leave paying for everything and without any food. Instead of working, they just chatted!

  Water is leaking from the roof when you walk in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the inside was pink. I called to ask for a refund for the sandwich only. They asked me to bring it back. I told them it was to much of a hassle to bring three kids back out of the house and come show them a sandwhich , on top of me living 20 mins away, and at this point I don’t want a replacement. I would like a refund. (I bought plenty other items as well.) They told me to send a picture of they can’t do it. They than asked how long ago did I pick it up as if the longer I took to eat it is the reason it was pink in the center. They tried to say the sauce I order. I would under stand the outside. But not the inner where the meat should be chicken white. Terrible customer service.
