One of the best UPS stores I’ve been to, and we frequently use them for shipping returns. William went above and beyond to help us out to package up a large item to return. Lena is also great!

Have made already a few visits to the UPS Store in Berlin, CT and the service provided by William (at all times) was exceptional. At all visits William was very friendly and very helpful. I am highly satisfied with the service The UPS Store and William provided. He is a great asset to the store location.

I rent a UPS mailbox here for my online business so I can receive packages, and the experience has been great. The customer service is amazing! William and Jack are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always have a great attitude. Super nice guys. I highly recommend this location!

I would give this place 5+ Stars if it weren't for this one associate they have working there. She is the absolute worst employee ever. Not sure what her problem is, but she rarely speaks or says hello. She's always in a horrible mood and acts like you're creating a major inconvenience by walking in the door. The gentleman who manages the place is awesome. Nicest guy ever and extremely helpful to anyone and everyone. They have a "help wanted" sign on the door, so it's not like they have an abundance of employees to cover all hours and all shifts. Otherwise, I'm assuming they would have fired this lady months ago. If it weren't so convenient to come here I'd find another place to go.
