  Sending back an Amazon order, the store was packed with customers and the only employee there was William. His exceptional customer service was above and beyond. He made sure that every customer waited patiently and was very polite. Give this man a raise!!!

  On Monday morning I received excellent, fast service at this store in Berlin. When I walked into the store there was a line and I internally groaned as it was a one of many errands I had to do in a limited timeframe. Suprised another curomer servive representative was added; in other establishments that doesn't always happen. William was up next and he was very, very knowledgeable, thorough and professional in addressing and mailing the package I had. He was also very polite and nice with a welcoming smile. An excellent representative for your company. Thank you.
