  Been coming here for years then I had Karen serve me today. The “Build your sandwich your way “ chain apparently has a shortage of Jalapeños. I ordered a protein wrap and was asked do you want it the way it is on the menu and I said yes but could you throw a couple of jalapeno peppers on it. Well she was saving the company saying that no she couldn’t do that because it’s against subway policy as I’m staring at a full bin of jalapeños. She also said she couldn’t or wouldn’t exchange an item to put on the rare jalapeno pepper slices despite the fact any other person would put a few on the wrap. Me not going there anymore won’t put them out of business but Subway better change their slogan to match what Karen is doing at Barkamsted subway. And you may want to get rid of Karen the idea is to maintain customers not push them away.

  This is by far the best subway I have ever been to and I have been going to subway for years. The food is always fresh but the service here is top tier. These workers need to be getting top pay! I can’t speak highly enough about all of them. Each one of you make my unique lifestyle seem like it’s easy and not a problem. I have to remove the top of the bread because my body can’t process a lot of carbs but still want that sandwhich vibe. They always make sure to make my sandwich is beautifully made and delicious. On top of that they always greet me like I am family. I love all of you for making my food soooooo good despite my health issues. The salads are also made with thought. They cut my meats and cheeses into quarters. This 🙌🙌 you all are simply THE best ❤️

  Why is the air conditioner on in there right now?! It is freezing in there. Went to go eat in there with my kids but couldn’t because they had the AC ON and it was sooooooo cold

  Worst customer service! The boy that was behind the counter didn't even greet me when I asked if I could get a pizza he said "maybe" (very rudely). When we opened the pizza in the car we realized he didnt even cut it. Learn some respect if you're coming to work in customer service.
