Do you really NeED a phone number to mail out a package?!?
NO! You don’t. Just an address and a name. I shouldn’t need to give a phone number just so you can have it. Get a better policy.
Christina, the center manager went above and beyond today after I had a terrible experience attempting to return a product to Amazon at the Avon, Whole Foods location.
I was instructed by Amazon to make the return of a small room air purifier at the Whole Foods returns counter. However when I got there I was told by the employee that they were instructed not to accept packages "about the size of a small microwave".
I carried the box back to my car and as I lifted it into the front seat, I tripped on the curb, fell onto the parking lot surface and smashed my head which began to bleed.
Before I drove off I called Amazon to complain about the discrepancy with their directions and the "policy of their own employees ".
The Amazon rep asked me to return to the Whole Foods Amazon counter which I did. What ensued was a heated arguement between the rep on my phone and the return counter employee.
I got disgusted with the ineptitude and carried the box back to my car.
I drove over to the Avon UPS Center . Christina saw me coming to their door, rushed over to take the carton from me and realized then that my head was bleeding.
I explained what had happened, we got the return approval for a UPS center and the box is on its way...no thanks to the Amazon Whole Foods counter.
Christina kindly offered to bandage my head, I thanked her, but decined and I finally headed home.
Think of this as a cautionary tale so you aren't mistreated at the Amazon Whole Foods counter. PS, I'm 80 years old and fondly remember when people like Christina were the rule, not the exception.

I had an incredible experience at the UPS Store in Avon while navigating a very complicated foreign passport application. The Center Manager, Christina, acted as my notary and was absolutely exceptional. My application required specialized attention to detail across several pages and she was patient and meticulous to ensure everything was executed perfectly to avoid any processing delays or document returns. Also, the entire staff is fantastic and even while assisting me, I noticed how efficiently they managed the high traffic of package drop-offs and printing requests. Christina and her team are professional and reliable and I highly recommend this store!

Christina Cignarale was very helpful getting documents notarized so that I could refinance some auto loans. I would recommend people go here for shipping needs, their staff is very supportive!
