  Service was amazing and helpful, he alerted me to try and get an exchange for my battery at Walmart, even thought it might affect my purchase from their store. I think they just created a loyal customer forever!!!

  I had such a great experience with Angella at Advanced Auto Parts in Avon. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. As someone who definitely does not know much about cars, it can feel intimidating walking into an auto parts store - but Angella made everything feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain things clearly, answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. If you’re not a “car person” like me and need help, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Angella. Customer service like hers is rare these days! 🙂
