    Recommend to order in store if you can. We had a large order, part online and part in store and the owner David helped us out. I know there are complaints about online order experience but when I saw him make ours I learned that it's hard for the owner to read every line and prepare these sandwiches one by one and it takes a lot longer to make. We enjoyed our sandwiches after some skiing and I had a good chat with the owner while he was making our sandwiches. Thanks David.

    Multiple times I have paid online for lunch for them to simply not to make it. Last time, the associate simply smiled, shrugged and said “too bad it didn’t print. Can’t make it if it doesn’t print.” and walked away despite my paying for it and having confirmation receipts. Then a line formed and instead of helping the guests she put up chairs instead of helping them during a lunch rush. I guess she simply didn’t want to make any more sandwiches. Called the manager David at the other store and he said it’s a third party system and it sometimes doesn’t work and I should’ve just ordered when I got there. My guess is he’s new to restaurants and doesn’t understand the time crunch involved on a lunch break and the basic reasons why someone would order food in advance in the first place. I respect small businesses needing to ensure they receive their money from these third party vendors but screwing over customers and having staff take delight when things go wrong is just poor practice.
