  Here's a thought, when you have a line of people almost out the door maybe people in line should take priority over someone on the phone. Instead of sitting on the phone for 10 plus minutes with some person that's sitting on their couch help the people standing in line waiting. Thisis ridiculous

  I have been in multiple UPS stores and this is My favorite one to go into. The staff is so welcoming and so nice, but most of all faith has always put forward extra effort and dedication to making sure the line goes down quicker, but also giving the most effort into making things easier for customers. I’ve had multiple Difficult returns and she never was rude or complained about it. She deserves a raise ! Thank you Faith!
