  This Subway is amazing now! It’s always clean, they don’t run out of veggies anymore, the staff is very friendly and do a great job making our sandwiches, especially when we order them online. The new manager (since Dec) has really turned this place around. Highly recommend visiting this Subway when your needing a good sandwich.. order some cookies too, they bake them perfectly.

  Super clean Subway. I came in early afternoon just after the lunch rush and was shocked at how clean and well kept the restaurant was. Shout out to the staff, Courtney and Priscilla. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and were really helpful. The cold line was well stocked and the entire kitchen area was extremely clean. The bathroom was also spotless. This is not what I expected in Windsor Colorado but was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been to a dozen Subways over the last six months and this one stands out as the best.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the disrespectful and unhelpful behavior of two young ladies I encountered today. They displayed a noticeable attitude and were not at all cooperative when my wife and I sought assistance, which made our experience very unpleasant. IF I CAN GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!

  The service at this particular store has always been lacking! (For the 2 years we've been in Windsor now) Seems like there's only 1 staff member working at any given time. Not only is that poor scheduling but customer service is definitely tanking because of it. We weren't greeted at the door, then ignored by the gal behind the counter with her ear pods in for about 7-8 mins while she moved bread from the top racks down, then took a phone call and also started an online order without ever acknowledging my family. A women in line before us asked if there was anyone else who could help us since she kept turning her back to us, her reply was snarky and short, going right back into not saying anything. We left without food after maybe 15-20 mins of nothing. Usually the food is typical of Subway. The store is kept in a passing state. We ended up going to the other Subway across town and was served as expected.

  Was just there to pick up a mobile order that we placed under the name David and just to be told he didn’t get the order and walks off without saying anything else all frustrated because he has to work so sad really I need my money back I will be calling tomorrow
