  April the manager is amazing. Her store is amazingly clean and her food and preparation is beyond what I’ve experienced at any other subway.

  Very disappointed with the customer service during our recent visit. First off, the employee was painfully slow at making our sandwiches. On top of taking forever, she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She started making my Cold Cut Combo with the wrong meat until I corrected her, and then she just picked a cheese for me without asking, which I also had to have her change. When it came to toppings, she was extremely stingy. She put exactly 6 black olives on my sandwich, and when I asked for more, she only added 4. My husband had the exact same issue with his toppings, and she put American cheese on his sandwich after he specifically asked for provolone and he didn't realize until we got home. ​To top it off, the situation with the cookies was ridiculous. We watched another girl pull fresh cookies from the oven and give them to the guy directly in front of us. When we ordered two cookies and asked for the fresh ones, she claimed they "weren't done" and tried to hand us old ones. One of the old ones was broken, and when we told her we didn't want the broken one, she just said, "So just 1 then." I even pointed out to my husband, loud enough for her to hear, that the guy right in front of us got fresh ones from the oven, but she completely ignored it. Terrible service all around.

  I dont go to this location often, but each time gas been horrible. I have worked at a subway in high-school and I understand the other side of tge counter. But damn man to be invisible and not even greeted when my girl and I are the only ones standing in the store. Then basically told he has no time for us yet because he has to finish an online order? Unbelievable I sat there for 15 mins before he was ready to take my order and he made is sloppy and complained the whole time. I figured if I keep cool maybe I would at least get a discount off our meal for poor service... wishful thinking.....this location is always rude and unwelcome. It's subway? Do better, or get a different job.
