I had an exceptionally pleasant experience at Subway, largely because of Tristan’s outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly personable. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, he maintained a calm and positive demeanor while ensuring every order was prepared with precision and care.
Tristan demonstrated an impressive level of efficiency without ever making customers feel rushed. He was detail-oriented, respectful, and clearly took pride in the quality of his work. My sandwich was prepared flawlessly, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt much more inviting because of his attitude.
It’s rare to encounter employees who consistently exhibit such a strong work ethic and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. Tristan’s professionalism and enthusiasm genuinely elevated the entire experience, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides.

The young man making my sandwich did an excellent job and handled a very rude customer in the best way he could have. I hope Tristan gets a raise for his amazing customer service and ability to uphold cleanliness and speed during a rush.

Shame on this stores manager! The poor kid working tonight was all alone scrambling to keep up with customers. He was running out of almost everything and had no help. He did an amazing job with what he was working with!! Whoever runs this business should be embarrassed by the way they are running this store. No young kid should work a whole restaurant alone. Poor experience for everyone involved. DO BETTER!
Most staff here are friendly, but the little blonde girl always acts like you coming in to purchase food is the biggest burden she's ever faced. Complains, to her self, about each request made for a sandwhich, half ass puts it together, anti social, and incredibly cheap on toppings. Asked for black olives and I got 4. I said can I get some more, got 2 more and then was interrupted by a nice, "k what else". I come in here at least twice a week, and im switching businesses because of her attitude, or at least walking up to the windows and if we see her, not worth the time, energy, nor the money, and will immediately leave. I have been incredibly hesitant to leave a review since we are frequent customers, and i figured maybe she had a bad day, then realize its not a bad day after the 15th time its just her, but im tired of the attitude. I dont put up with it from my 9 year old, im sure as hell not going to put up with it from a stranger in a customer service position. Yall really need to reconsider some of your staff choices. ~ signed, angry sandwhich lover.
Okay. I don’t like leaving terrible reviews but this was warranted. They were out of everything at 11:30 am… so well before the big lunch rush. Ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the chicken was still frozen. I can accept cold because I didn’t get it toasted but still. The server seemed like she had zero experience. Overall… totally sub par for a corporate company who should be pretty squared away about expectations.
