Hey Wingstop owner auto reply bot...I just wanted to say I started feeling special with your reply back...but not after seeing you reply the same to every rating...hire my doggy and I and perhaps you might find better ratings...I know these ratings on maps reviews go along way...

  Luis demonstrated strong cashier skills and was very attentive. He also kindly showed me where the restroom and bottle caps were located.

  If you set the pickup time for 12:20 pm, it should be ready at 12:20 pm, not 12:50 pm. If you order online, make sure you add 20 to 30 minutes to the schedueld pickup time. They never have it ready on time. This is not an isolated incident. This has been EVERY time I order. 2 weeks later I ordered again... same thing. The restaurant was EMPTY when I arrived, still had to wait 20 minutes PAST the scheduled pick up time. This is insane.

  We placed an order directly through the wing stop website for delivery. Door dash was supposed to deliver the order and marked our food as delivered but it never actually arrived. We called wing stop and they made us a whole new order, even though it was not their fault that the order was not delivered. Great customer service and food!
