  I had a print job that was incorrectly formatted. Venus was able to figure out the issue and quickly get it done. The store was very busy and their were two trucks picking up all at the same time. The staff was really efficient and greeted everyone with a smile.

  Venos (sp?) was so friendly and fun! She made shipping sentimental family items painless. She was even ready with an open hug if it would make our day better!

  I run a small business and use the closest UPS store for my shipments and occassional printing services. Every interaction is fast, professional and accurate. I've never experienced any problems and I know I can depend on them!

  Venus is so good at her job very informative and was quick to help! Very welcoming and attentive. I love her vibe and what she brings to the store

  We’ve been using this location every weekday for the past year for our drop offs and notary services. The people working there are always friendly, kind, and very helpful. Yesterday, I had several drop offs, and I realized one of the packages was missing a shipping label. Not only did they help locate the package before the pickup truck arrived, but they were also extremely nice and understanding about the whole situation. We rarely leave reviews on Google, maybe once every few years, but this location truly got our attention, and we felt we had to share our experience. It’s no surprise they have such great reviews compared to other UPS locations and other shipping companies’ store locations.
