    The people here are extremely rude, and the service is absolutely horrible! Make sure to have every single detail down to the last point about your returns and packages, or they won't accept your returns at all. Unacceptable experience—avoid this place!

    Very disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff was not helpful or professional. I expected better communication and basic courtesy, but unfortunately that was not the case. Didn’t want to take my items because it had the same tracking label and not all in one big box!! Not returning, will drive further
