    I just encountered one of the RUDEST employees I have ever dealt with. He had long hair and black frame glasses. Instead of explaining to me what I needed to correct my return he got ugly and demanded I needed a bag (which my item was being returned in the bag it came in.) Then argued with me about how my other item wasn't in its original box (the box wasn't ever opened!) ups needs to put this ugly person in check because no one deserves to be talked too like this just for returning items.

    Don't ship UPS. Your package will be late and not actually delivered to the person you addresses it to, making them go pick it up. This company has opted to save money by not providing customer service. If you want your package ever delivered, use anyone else!

    Very unfriendly staff, told me I had to ship my item in the original box it was packaged in when Amazon says otherwise, I tried to explain but he wouldn't let me or help me out.

    I've been going to the storein Westminster for years with my Amazon returns and never had one problem. I bring my Amazon packages in and every time I've returned the item in its original box. Sometimes that's all it comes in. When I've rewrapped them myself I've had to remove the UPS code and any codes that are on the box that it came in. Toda 5/8/2026 @11:30 I took a box in that I didn't wrap but it was the same box it came in. I misread the return instructions so that is my error because it said customer will re-wrap. My complaint is the young man was very unhelpful he was very rude and kept saying I had to go and get the large white envelope that the cooler came in. That plastic covering was destroyed not only that I would have had to remove all the labels and UPS codes and stamps. I had the original box that it came in it was in good condition and I had folded the top. He told me he was unable to help me unless I have the original packaging which is contradictory to everything I've ever done there. Not only that he could have very easily offered me two pieces of tape and I could have taped the top he also did not tell me that I could go down to whole foods and they would take it no questions asked no box no label. That is not good customer service.

    My return was horrible. The guy tried exactly once to scan the code I had printed out, failed, and then told me to get it on my phone instead. There is no cell service inside the store. I left and won't be back.
