  I came in to place an order for one of my patients. I do home health. I requested a footlong and I got a 6-inch. I was served by Chris who stated all he could do was charge me for another 6 inch . I asked or if he could just refund me my money and make me a footlong and he stated all he could do was charge me for another 6 in. I requested a speak for to a manager he then stated that they don't have a manager and I asked to speak to an assistant manager. He stated that they don't have that either or regional manager or no one overseeing them and so I asked how is this whole establishment ran with no management and he stated he's just a sandwich artist and doesn't know and it doesn't make sense and there was nothing he can do for me. I think this is crazy and I don't see how the store is even open with no type of management overseeing what is going on in this store. The store is falling apart. The menu is faded out and falling apart. They have a drive-thru that the speaker doesn't even work. This is unacceptable for Subway

  Posted 10pm close, drove out of my way to stop here and got here at 930. The employee and her boyfriend are just hanging out inside with the door locked lol

  Did drive through and asked for lots of pepper on my sandwich. I said lots and lots, and it barely had any on it. Don't do drive through if you want your order done right.

  Today is Monday April 20th, its 9:45PM currently and we have been here since 9:30 waiting in the drive through. After waiting, we gave up and went to walk in. Only to find out they closed 30 minutes early.

  Horrible customer service. Some lady with thick drawn on eyebrows was giving me attitude when I drove up to the window to order because their speaker volume sounded like they were miles away and I kept asking the girl to repeat. Plus, they made me wait at the speaker for about 15 minutes after they look half my order and neglected me. Nobody was even inside! Crazy.
