  Bad service , the employee in this location on 9/03/21 about 11:00 am seems like she was not happy doing her job . I can’t print my paperwork and she didn’t offer me help . Just pointing to the sign at the wall where the instructions are .

  Had to quickly get a seating chart for my wedding printed. Shannon was very communicative and personable in helping me get the poster board cut right for my template. The product is great and the customer service was even better.

  I used a luggage delivery service and this was a drop off location and I should have known better and gotten a receipt because they input that the box weighed 35 pounds which it definitely did not so I was charged extra and they didn't even charge me until a month later. They delivered mid July and I got a receipt today that I was charged another 14.00 dollars because Fed Ex said that the box was oversized and weighed more than it actually did. I should have made her weigh it in front of me and I thought it was a little shady she said to just leave it and didn't offer me a reciept. NEVER leave without watching them weigh your box and get a receipt!!!!!!!!!!!!
