  Shannon was incredible today. I walked in and needed a ton of help picking paper weight and setting up a print job with binding. He was patient with my questions, went above and beyond, and was friendly the entire time. We use this location regularly for professional print jobs; they deliver every time, on time! Thanks, Shannon and crew!!!

  I cannot thank Fin enough for all the help and kindness they showed while assisting me with sending my belongings back to the Philippines. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process became smooth and worry-free because of their patience, professionalism, and genuine care. From the very beginning, Fin took the time to answer all my questions, explain every step clearly, and make sure my package was handled safely and securely. Their attention to detail gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were in good hands. What stood out most was how much they truly cared.   The assistant manager at this location was rude and unhelpful and didn’t have any concern with solving problems or helping me. She made me call the fed ex support and said I had to have someone come to my house and pick up my box but when I spoke to the person over the phone she found a local location that actually could handle my size box. Which shows once again that the assistant manager here wasn’t trying to help or solve problems, it seems like she likes making problems…
