I visited this FedEx to ask about passport photos. They said they could do it, but their printer was broken and suggested other nearby locations. I tried those, but wasn’t satisfied with the photos.
I called this FedEx again to ask if they could take the picture and save it to a USB, and they agreed. When I went back, the same employee (who I didn't get their name) helped me. I explained my situation, showed my receipt, and gave him the USB. He was happy to retake my photo, made sure I was ready, and showed me the picture (which the other store didn’t do).
I really appreciated his great customer service, and I feel much better about the photo since it will be used for the next 10 years. Definitely recommend this store to others!
If you're renewing your passport online and don’t need a printed photo, you can request a digital version instead.
