  Manager here sucks, not helpful at all. Tried to explain my situation with picking up a package multiple times, just to be interrupted with an explanation that has NOTHING to do with my current package situation. 📦 Terrible terrible terrible

  I was greeted by such a sweet gentleman and he was so fast that as soon as I scanned my package he quickly grabbed it from us and we were on our way. I didn’t get his name (curly hair) but workers like him that are happy and ready to help is rare to see nowadays. Definitely will be coming back :)

  The FedEx at 92nd and Sheridan is one of the best in the city! They help you with everything and try to keep your cost down. Highly recommend it!

  Expect to get additional surcharges on most packages shipped through FedEx, and then wait 1-2 months for an appeal to be resolved. The only way to counter these fraudulent charges is to take photos of your package with the label and exact weight shown on a scale in store, then appeal through FedEx weeks later when the additional charges are added. It is a big waste of time and offsets any savings in cost from other shipping providers. FedEx has known issues with their scales at shipping warehouses (as told to me by employees & customer service agents in multiple locations) and repeatedly adds additional charges to packages after they are delivered, even though they are the correct size and weight in the store when dropped off. Only use FedEx if you are ok paying more for a label after the item has been delivered or if you are ok with spending hours trying to appeal their faulty weights.
