  Terrible experience with Rae. I waited about 15 minutes while she helped another customer, which was fine. The problem started when it was finally my turn. I told her I needed to ship a cell phone to Costa Rica. First she told me they couldn't ship it because of the lithium battery, then said cell phones didn't apply. When I told her it was going to Costa Rica, she immediately told me, “That's going to be expensive.” Okay? I'm the one paying for it. Then I gave her the address and she insisted the region “doesn't exist” and FedEx couldn't ship there. Instead of checking whether she had entered it correctly or trying to figure it out, she just kept telling me it didn't exist. She even claimed that FedEx shipping availability changes every day and they might ship somewhere one day and not the next. I finally told her I was going to another FedEx because I knew it could be shipped. Her response was that she “can't invent places” and if the place doesn't exist, it doesn't exist. I went to another FedEx and, surprise, they shipped it with no problem. When I told the employee there what had happened, he told me Rae is known for being a lousy worker. Then I looked at the Google reviews for this location and found other complaints about her too. So at this point I genuinely have to ask: if customers are complaining about Rae and even another FedEx employee acknowledges there's a problem with her work, why is FedEx still allowing this to continue? I wasted my time and had to drive to another location simply because she either couldn't or wouldn't figure out how to do her job.

  Ryan and his team are always friendly and willing to help, even going above and beyond for me. I’m not a tech savvy person so Ryan helped me print valuable photos with great patience and expertise. I don’t live very close to this location but will go out of my way to use their help in the future. Thank you!

  I went to this location today to print off some labels. I used to work for a similar company and know how difficult it can get prints done yourself. I used their self service kiosk, it had clear instructions and even though we still had questions, the gentleman behind the counter was patient and helpful. I will definitely continue to come here for my printing needs and appreciate the ease and costumer service provided!

  Thanks Ethan for helping me ship multiple packages and help me with my labels. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, this is my preferred shipping location!
