  Customer service is horrible, just called to get information on the new iPhone and the employee was so short with me, barely answering my questions. Train your employees better.

  Closing your store 30 minutes early is horrible business. Sign on door says out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. And it was put up before the store closes. You see employees in the lobby. So I don't see how that is fair to your customers. I took pictures and they were ignoring phone calls. Good have been a potential new phone sale that just went right out the door for good. It makes me want to take my phone service elsewhere
