Customer service is horrible, just called to get information on the new iPhone and the employee was so short with me, barely answering my questions. Train your employees better.

Aldo was wonderful today and had so much patience with my elderly father who was having trouble learning a smart phone. I am so glad we found this location, it was worth the further drive and we will be back for future purchases because of his customer service.

Stay away from this store. They have no inventory. No organization. No working computers. And no respect for your time. Yesterday I thought about switching from metro pcs to cricket. This store has zero for inventory and their computers are down so they sent me on a wild goose chase to another location that was just as bad. I spent 4 hours and half a tank of gas and still don't have a new phone .While on my wild goose chase I witnessed several other customers getting the run around as well. I actually called back today to see they wanted to help me get a phone after wasting my entire afternoon yesterday and I was met with a bad attitude and no desire to make things right. They preferred I post a review rather than putting me in touch with a manager. So here it is.
