  This place is horrible I just went to the store to pick up something I order on line and nobody come to help me I was waiting for like 15 minutes need to work more in costumer service

  I bought 3 pcs batteries for Golf car without core batteries, but receipt with 3 pcs core batteries $66 added , I trust him ( Joe) so I don’t doubt check receipt, I paid 3 pcs batteries with core , now email and talk to them , but them don’t refund money to me, they inquired that , I have to bring old batteries for recycling, but I told them several times, before we bought wrong parts number , so still keep it and using for other project , but they still keep policy, don’t refund money ! Very disappointed!!!

  The customer service was terrible. I purchased windshield wipers, asked them to install them because I always seem to find a way to break them. Instead of coming out to help me, they proceeded to take customer after customer after checking me out. I waited 30mins before just leaving. Apparently customer service no longer exists in Arvada/Westminster area. Had a very similar experience at the O'Reilly's on 88th and Wads.

  The OBD2 scanner has been out of service at this location for years. There is a note on the door that it's not available at this time but I don't think it's ever coming back.
