  Can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a UPS store but this was over the top rude. That was the worst experience at any shipping service and I’ve lived in Florida. I came in for an Amazon return Wednesday at 2pm (very popular in other reviews) and I said hello, didn’t even get a hi back ..I get it, there was a few people waiting at the time and you don’t like doing those returns little man, but cussing behind the counter so we could hear it, huffing and puffing, and making faces and being extremely rude and unhelpful with the process is uncalled for. This little man had no concept of customer service. I’d rather drive to Edwards than look at that guy again. Take some notes from USPS, at least they’re friendly and they don’t charge what UPS does. But if you must, take the extra time and go to the Edwards store and avoid that miserable place. I’m honestly concerned my returns weren’t done properly.

  The employees working this afternoon (June 5th 2026 at 2pm ish) were just the worst. So unhelpful with my Amazon returns, rolling their eyes and just being purposely rude- right from the jump. It was such an unpleasant experience.

  If you value getting your mail look elsewhere for a mailbox. I turned in junk mail from a previous box holder to the front desk, and so they put a hold on my box and didn’t allow any mail (even item addressed to me, the box holder) for 2.5 months until the issue was discovered by myself. I never received those items and do not expect to at this point. For a small letter box that costs over $60 per month, they never made effort to track my mail down or make amends for their error. Apparently I missed a couple birth announcements, holidays, birthdays, etc. Don’t be scared off by the line at USPS, they are just short staffed, it is a much better place to received mail.

  I don’t even want to give one star. They have the Wrong hours posted, so when we got there to ship our package she said they were closed and gave us a nasty attitude and said they close at 1. Well it was 1:58. Door unlocked. People going in and out. This is our last day here and we wanted to ship our stuff home. Thanks for being a terrible manager and having terrible customer service. Steer clear of this location if you can.
