  Went to store asking changing service from my cuant service to Cricket She took time to explain what I needed to do .I later returned and informed her that my current provider fixed my phone so I stayed with him for now when I told Cricket that I was staying with my old provider the women said she understood and helped me with a problem I was having with my tablet for nothing her name was Brandy

  They did a update on. My phone and now it's really bad it lags and gets extremely hot . When. I called to get help the manager had no clue who I was and told me that she had no idea what was wrong with my phone. So I guess I'm stuck with this problem.
