I called for assistance, but he provided no helpful information whatsoever. His repeated responses were 'I don't know' and 'I don't control the weather.' While I understand weather is uncontrollable, his dismissive attitude and complete lack of customer service skills left me feeling unheard and disrespected. This is not the level of service I expect from UPS."
- RGRose GallegosMay 17, 20261.0I went into return an Amazon item which it states right on the label free, but the jerk behind the counter wanted to discriminate against me because I was not white like the lady in front of me and he wouldn't take my package. He wanted to charge me $5 so I had to go to the one off 120th so I could drop it for free like it's supposed to be. Don't go here they will discriminate against you unless you're white. BOYCOTT THIS STORE THEY DISCRIMINATE.
